Getting Your Order Ready
Once your order is placed, we get it prepped and handed off to our carriers as quickly as we can. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a further update once it's on its way.
If your order includes more than one item, it may ship from more than one warehouse depending on stock. That means your chews could arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking, rather than all in one box.

Shipping is free on every order, UK and worldwide, with no minimum spend required. There's no threshold to hit and no fee to watch out for. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.
Where We Ship From
Himmaleh chews are dispatched from a network of domestic and international warehouses, so your order is sent from whichever location gets it to you fastest and keeps stock available. As a result, packages may travel from more than one origin, and separate items in the same order can move independently through the delivery network.
How Long Delivery Takes
Delivery times vary by destination. As a rough guide, orders to the USA typically take around 1–5 weeks to arrive, and orders to other international destinations typically take around 1–6 weeks. UK orders are generally the quickest, since a large share of our stock ships from local warehouses.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual delivery time depends on your exact location, customs processing, local carrier volume, and factors outside our control such as public holidays or weather disruption.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
We ship to more than 200 countries. For orders outside the UK, your country's customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local government, not by Himmaleh, and are the responsibility of the customer.
We aren't able to tell you the exact amount in advance, as it depends on your destination country's own rules. If you're unsure what to expect, your local customs office is the best place to check before you order.
Insurance & Missing Parcels
Every Himmaleh package is insured, so if your order goes missing in transit, you're covered. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your estimated delivery window has clearly passed, get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier and sort out a replacement or a refund.
Your Delivery Rights
As a UK-based trader, Himmaleh's shipping practices follow UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be delivered within the timeframe agreed at checkout or within a reasonable time otherwise. If you're ordering from outside the UK, your own country's consumer protection laws may also apply on top of the terms set out here.
