Not quite right for your dog? You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund.
Our 30-Day Return Window
If a Himmaleh order isn't right for your dog, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a return. That gives you plenty of time to try it out and decide if it's a good fit.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item needs to be unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
The following items can't be returned:
- Opened treats
- Used treats
- Sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email contactus@himmaleh.org with your order number and the reason for your return, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We'll review your request and confirm whether it's approved.
- Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund.
Your Prepaid Return Label
For approved returns, Himmaleh provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. A return needs to be requested and approved first, so please don't send anything back before you hear from us, as we won't be able to process it without that step.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take around 5 to 10 business days to process and appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's on its way.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, and this doesn't need to go through the standard return process above.
Your Statutory Rights
As a UK-based trader, Himmaleh's returns process sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give UK customers a minimum 14-day right to cancel most online orders. Our own 30-day window is more generous than that minimum. If you're ordering from outside the UK, your local consumer protection laws may also give you additional rights on top of this policy.
