Who We Are
Himmaleh is a UK dog treat brand trading at himmaleh.org. The website and every order placed through it are operated by Ridge Fernandes, trading as Himmaleh, an individual (sole trader) based in the United Kingdom, with a registered and trading address at Apt 30, The Galleria, Aberdeen, AB11 6FB, United Kingdom. Because Himmaleh is a sole trader rather than a registered limited company, there is no company registration number or VAT number to state; Himmaleh is currently below the VAT registration threshold.

Acceptance of Terms
By browsing himmaleh.org, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the website after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
Product Descriptions & Your Dog's Health
Our chews are a natural product made from Himalayan yak and cow milk, lime juice, and Himalayan salt. Like any chew or treat, they are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition.
Always supervise your dog while they're chewing, choose a size suited to your dog's breed and chewing style, and stop giving the chew and consult your vet if your dog shows any sign of discomfort, or if a piece breaks off that's small enough to be a choking hazard. If your dog has a specific health condition, allergy, or dietary restriction, please check with your vet before introducing a new chew.
Ordering, Payment & Pricing
All prices on himmaleh.org are shown in British pounds (GBP), with an estimated equivalent shown in other currencies at checkout for convenience only; you are charged in GBP unless stated otherwise at checkout. We aim to describe and price our products accurately, but where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, refund any payment taken, and let you know as soon as possible.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline, for example where stock runs out or where we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the other payment methods offered at checkout; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
Shipping
We ship to the United Kingdom and to 200+ countries worldwide from a mix of domestic and international warehouses, which means items in the same order may sometimes arrive separately. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend required. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. Full conditions, including what counts as unopened and unused, non-returnable items, and how refunds are processed, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in this section, or in our Returns & Refunds Policy, affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To start a return, contact us first at contactus@himmaleh.org with your order number.
User Conduct
When you use himmaleh.org, you agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with its normal operation, or use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from it. You also agree not to place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please provide accurate, current information at checkout, and contact us straight away at contactus@himmaleh.org if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to browse himmaleh.org and to make purchases for your own personal use. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or bulk purchasing carried out on behalf of a third party.
All content on this website, including product photography, graphics, logos, text, and page design, is owned by Ridge Fernandes, trading as Himmaleh, or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of himmaleh.org or your purchase of our products, including loss of income, business, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you hold as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or costs we reasonably incur as a result of your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service, and any contract formed through himmaleh.org, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, wherever in the world you are ordering from. This choice of law does not take away or reduce any mandatory statutory consumer-protection rights you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
