Rewards
Himmaleh Rewards
Earn Points every time you shop, turn them into money off your next order, and give your friends a treat when they join the pack.
How Himmaleh Rewards Works
Himmaleh Rewards is our way of saying thank you for treating your dog with us. Every time you place an order, you earn Points. Once you've collected enough, you can swap them for a money-off coupon to use on a future order.
You can also share the love: refer a friend, and you'll both get money off.
Joining Is Free
There's no fee and no catch. Simply create a free Himmaleh account and you'll start earning Points on your next order. Make sure you're signed in when you check out so your Points are added to your account.
Ways to Earn
Place an order: earn 3 Points for every £1 you spend.
For example, a £20 order earns you 60 Points, and a £50 order earns you 150 Points. Your Points are added to your account automatically.
Ways to Redeem
Once you have enough Points, you can exchange them for a money-off coupon:
- £4 off coupon for 400 Points
- £8 off coupon for 800 Points
- £10 off coupon for 1,000 Points
When you redeem your Points, you'll receive a coupon code to enter at checkout on your next order.
Refer a Friend
Know another dog lover? Share your referral link with them and you'll both be rewarded:
- They get a £3 off coupon to use on their order.
- You get a £3 off coupon once they make a purchase.
Good to Know
Points and coupons have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, any Points earned on it may be removed from your account.
We may update or change the Rewards programme from time to time, and any changes will be shown on this page. The Rewards programme doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
